#### Instructions

1. **Marinate the Meat**:
– In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Add the chicken or lamb pieces and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
